Are your estimates free?
Yes. Estimates and inspections are free across our service area. You get a written, itemised proposal after we see the work in person.
How long does a typical project take?
Most roof replacements take one to two days. Fences and gutters usually a few days. Remodels and outdoor builds range from one to six weeks, and you get a schedule in your proposal before we start.
Do you work with insurance after hail or storm damage?
Yes. We inspect, document the damage with photos and build to your carrier's approved scope. We don't negotiate claims or act as a public adjuster.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Where a city requires a permit for the scope of work, we pull it.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Kennedale and serve 19 towns across Tarrant County and the DFW area, including Arlington, Mansfield, Fort Worth, Aledo, Burleson, Crowley and Grand Prairie.
What warranty do you offer?
Roof replacements carry the manufacturer's warranty plus our workmanship warranty. Roof rejuvenation carries a 6-year transferable warranty. Every warranty is in writing at completion.
Do you offer financing?
Ask us during your estimate and we will walk you through the current options.
My roof looks old but isn't leaking. Do I have to replace it?
Not always. Many Tarrant County roofs are drying out rather than failing. If your shingles qualify, rejuvenation restores their flexibility for a fraction of replacement cost. We will tell you honestly at the inspection.
